Alysha is an International Facilitator from Nebraska in the United States. She is a trained and certified school psychologist and administrator who enjoys working with students, teachers and families to help support their mental health.
Alysha obtained her Doctorate Degree in Educational Leadership. Her dissertation included studying hope and positive psychology during COVID-19 and other crises. Alysha is also an adjunct instructor of university psychology classes and the head researcher of an education consulting company.
Alysha likes to apply her experience with trauma, hope, positive psychology, mindfulness and DEI to her work as a facilitator. She is very excited to bridge the gap internationally of the importance of mental health in the workplace and to help employees bring their best selves to work.
