Targeted Mental Health Workshops For Business

Our mental health programmes are focussed on what the workplace needs to know to understand and manage mental health and support prevention.

This includes skills to ensure that conversations are open, human and inclusive, but focus on supporting individuals to perform at their best within their roles. Our workshops can be delivered virtually or face to face and supported by digital content and e-learning.
