Emma is the Head of Delivery with Mental Health at Work and supports our growing team of Associate Facilitators. She is responsible for our overall programme delivery and also adapting each programme’s content according to a client’s strategic objectives and cultural nuances. She also has over 20 years experience working in luxury retail management and public relations.

Close involvement with a family member who has a mental illness, spurred her into retraining as a hypnotherapist and counsellor. She has exemplary personal skills, drawing upon her considerable client-facing experience to deliver accessible, stimulating and engaging workshops, unpicking the myths connected to mental illness and encouraging everyone to challenge stigma. She is passionate about supporting organisations to work towards creating psychological safe spaces for employees to work.
