We chose a partnership with Mental Health at Work, after looking at a range of providers in the market place, because of their pragmatic and agile approach. They took time to really get to know our business, language and pressure points around workplace mental health and created content that reflected our culture and way of working. This has resulted in an impactful, engaging and practical programme of workshops for our restaurant and Central Support managers that has been very widely well-received. The programme has evolved in content to continue to be impactful for attendees. We look forward to seeing the partnership continue into 2022.Gemma MartinManagement Development Trainer
