Debbie’s corporate experience has taken her on a journey from baked beans (Retail management), through media sales (in Radio), to chocolate (with Mars Inc) She has managed a Learning and Development team and knows what it’s like being a client, introducing programmes of work across an organisation.
With over 20 years of training and facilitation experience, she has worked with a diverse range of clients – from publishing and technology to FMCG, pharmaceuticals and HE. Debbie has a compelling, emotionally intelligent delivery style that she seamlessly tailors for international clients and delivery across the globe.
Debbie is passionate about helping workplaces reduce the personal and business cost of poor mental health, to remove stigma and feel comfortable having conversations about mental health. Her qualifications are numerous and include – NLP practitioner and LAB Profile certified trainer, as well as being an accredited facilitator of 7 Habits and Crucial Conversations.
