A facilitator, trainer, coach, and speaker, she creates and delivers impactful mental health and wellbeing training across businesses, schools, and charities nationwide.

Katherine’s approach is grounded in real-world understanding and driven by a passion to create more compassionate, mentally healthy workplaces and communities across the UK.
