Marty brings a rich and varied mix of expertise, having worked in the media and marketing agency arena, before branching into mental health and psychology.

He holds a Masters degree in Psychology and is now currently studying for his Doctorship. In 2023 he co-founded business consultancy, Neil Laybourn Consultancy. alongside his own psychological coaching business, in which he takes a cognitive behavioural and solution focussed approach applied to personal and business coaching. 

Marty is passionate about helping reduce stigma of mental health, and supporting the workplace to thrive.
