In time to celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week 2025 (12th -18th May 2025) we have co-created a simple and effective tool you can use to easily communicate how a colleagues mental health intersects with their place of work.


What is our Personal Action Plan?

Developed in partnership with The Mental Foundation especially for 2025, the Personal Action Plan is designed to capture how your colleague may interpret their own state of mental health at work and how to navigate this together.
