We are a wholly owned subsidiary of the Mental Health Foundation, who work to prevent mental health problems and drive change towards a mentally healthy society for all. They are also the custodians of Mental Health Awareness Week which is held in May each year, focussing on raising awareness, tackling stigma and preventing mental health decline.
