Sara Brewer

Facilitator

Sara has been a MHaW Associate since 2017, and has worked with legal, construction,  utility and debt collection clients.

Sara is passionate about de-stigmatising and eliminating discrimination around mental health and well-being through increasing knowledge around mental health, and building sustained transformational behavioural change through resilience coaching.

She has over 25 years experience across a broad range of industries including legal, financial services, media, management consultancy, and accountancy. She holds numerous qualifications;  a Coaching Diploma from the London School of Coaching, Mental Health First Aider, ASIST Suicide Prevention, Mindfulness and Sustaining Reliance at Work (StRaW) Practitioner. In addition, she is a Dementia Champion and an Ask Me Ambassador (communities against domestic violence and abuse).

At the beginning of 2022, she embarked upon further self development, studying for a Foundation Certificate in Counselling during the first year of a three year Diploma in Integrative Counselling.

Her passions outside of the workday are culture in all its forms, particularly cinema, art galleries and the theatre, where she loves to be challenged to be outside of her comfort zone. All things well-being are also of interest; yoga, Pilates, mindfulness…and cycling which she says is the ideal height and speed to see anywhere!
