Neil Laybourn

Neil is a renowned figurehead within the mental health and wellbeing sector, having delivered numerous talks and seminars to organisations across the globe to dismantle stigma and bolster an open and safe environment within organisations. 

Neil then went on to form various organisations in the mental health arena, including a lived experience speakers collective, an award-winning global peer-to-peer event forum for industry leaders, a leading mental health awards platform and a mental health charity supporting young people’s mental health in the UK,  before starting his own consultancy, Neil Laybourn Consultancy (NLC)  in 2023.

NLC purchased Mental Health at Work in 2024 and he now currently runs Mental Health at Work with Managing Director Marty Wightman.
